Why did I build this site?I have been in a managerial position for over 10 years. In those years I have interviewed hundreds of candidates : administrative assistant positions, sales representatives and product managers. Over the years I saw some great candidates with awful interview skills and resumes that did not live up to the candidate’s potential.
Last year I was "downsized" after 15 years with the same company. For the first time since graduating from university I found myself on the other side of the interview table.
Despite my interviewer experience, I was nervous and unsure. I went to see a career counselor who gave me great advice. I did a lot of research on the internet.
This site is the result of my own personal research and knowledge.
And, yes, after a 3-month search I found my perfect job. I hope this site provides you with the tools and advice to help you find your’s.
