Every part of your resume is important. Make sure it is visually appealing and easy to read. Remember that most employers will only skim resumes to see if the candidates fit the job.
For nursing resumes spend extra time one your experience. Try to think of the job you are applying for. What are the key duties? What experience do you have that are related to these duties? If you do not know the duties do a bit of research before applying.
