Job Offer Acceptance Letter

Once you have accepted verbally you should send a job offer acceptance letter to your new employer.

Congratulations- you are on your way to an exciting new job.

However, before resigning from your old job, you should make sure that you have your offer letter. The letter should include your title, salary, start date, vacation, bonus and other conditions (car allowance etc.)

Most companies automatically present new employees with an offer letter. If your new company has not, it would be wise for you to verbally review what was agreed upon and find out if there are any conditions to employment (medical exams, reference checks?)

Whether or not you received an offer letter, you should send an acceptance letter.

The letter can be sent by e-mail if that has been your primary mode of communication.
